Force Requests and Upperlevel Request Information

The method of requesting forces and upperlevel requests has changed this year. The process now consists of submitting the information online via the web. You will need an account on the CSG website to use this form; if you do not have one, or you are not sure that you do, go to the CSG Helpdesk in HRBB 210 and they can either create an account for you, or reset your password.

The URL for the online forms is:

If you have never been to the CSNet website, the password is the same as your Web password, almost always that will be the same as your Windows password. Your username is your CS username.

If you have any problems with this form, please talk to the Helpdesk BEFORE you go to the Advising office. They will probably be able to resolve your problem.

NOTE: if you are accessing this site from outside A&M's firewall, you will need VPN software available from CIS at net.tamu.edu/network/vpn.html.
